A Cabernet Sauvignon born in as organic vineyard in Osoyoos that was fermented in concrete tanks; it saw zero oak aging or additives.
The nose suggests fresh currents and bramble berriers dusted with cocoa, dried flowers, tire tread and tobacco aromas. The structure is notable yet is boasts plenty of freshness. It has a slip on the tongue and a firm grape tannin finish. Earthy and honest, it's a wine that will benefit from some time in bottle, or decant if drinking now.
